Every price is a starting point — always negotiable. Just tell me your budget and we'll make it work. Backed by 11 years building websites at Oracle and IBM. Not sure which fits? Tell me what you sell and your timeline and I'll recommend a package. Pay in full or a 50% deposit via secure Stripe checkout.

Optional add-on: an AI chatbot that actually helps

Want a chatbot that can answer your customers' complex questions — not just canned FAQs? I can build one and wire it into your site. Fair warning: AI costs real money to run (you're billed per API call), so I size it to your expected volume and keep the running cost within reason. It's a one-time build fee plus usage, quoted after a quick conversation about how your customers will use it.

How it works

Live in 7 days.

  1. Tell me about it

A 60-second form or a quick call. I reply within 24 hours and confirm scope before any work starts.

  2. I design & build

A real, hand-built site — not a template you wrestle. Reviewed and tested the way enterprise software is.

  3. We refine

Revision rounds are built into every tier. We don't go live until you're happy with it.

  4. You launch & own it

The site is yours outright, plus a simple admin panel to update text and images yourself.

Who builds your site

Enterprise training. Simple websites, done right.

I'm not here to sell you a complicated system you don't need. I build clean, fast, conventional websites. I spent nine years in enterprise technology — two years at Oracle, then more than seven at IBM in Texas, a Fortune 100 company — before completing UT Austin's Post Graduate Program in Cloud Computing, where I learned to code and build for the web. Big-company discipline, small-business treatment, and a real person who picks up when you have a question.

FAQ

Common questions.

Why flat-fee instead of monthly?

You own your site outright — no subscriptions, no surprise renewals, no lock-in. Hosting is separate (~$5/mo on Cloudflare) and I set it up for you.

Can I edit it myself after?

Yes. You get a simple admin panel for text and image updates. For bigger changes, I'm available for hands-on support at $30–40/hour, depending on what's needed and how fast it needs to go live — senior, enterprise-trained help that reflects over a decade building websites at Oracle and IBM, not budget guesswork.

Do you build AI chatbots?

As an optional add-on, yes. Most businesses don't need one — but if you want a chatbot that answers complex questions, I'll build it and size the AI usage to your volume so the running cost stays reasonable.

What if I don't like the design?

Each tier includes revision rounds and we don't go live until you're happy. If we can't get there, you get your money back minus a small kickoff fee.

How do payments work?

Pay in full or a 50% deposit through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). I confirm scope by email before work starts.

Full-service technology

Based in Penobscot County. Building for clients nationwide.

Located in Penobscot County, Maine — and taking website work from businesses anywhere in the United States. Website development, upgrades and enhancements, migrations, performance and SEO fixes: all of it happens remotely, so your zip code doesn't matter.

Hands-on work — iPhone repair, on-site setup, and technical problems of almost any kind — is for homes and small businesses across Penobscot County and the surrounding towns, where I can come to you.

You work directly with James Cox, CEO of ReadyWebsite — more than 10 years building at IBM, a Fortune 100 company, and 3 more at Oracle, plus the early years building and breaking things as a young tech entrepreneur. That's agency-level experience without the agency: no account managers, no ticket queue, no offshore team you'll never meet. You get the person who does the work.

Industry-standard pricing. Enterprise-grade work.

Flat fees, agreed in writing before anything starts, priced at the going market rate — no hourly surprises and no race to the bottom. You aren't paying for agency overhead, and you aren't getting bargain-bin work. You're getting the standards that shipped software at two of the largest technology companies in the world.

Exclusive iPhone Fixes in Bangor, Maine

Your iPhone is finished within 48 hours of you accepting the quote.

Priced right in the middle — on purpose. The cheapest kiosk screens are aftermarket LCD: washed-out blacks, no True Tone, and they go sluggish in a Maine winter. Every iPhone from the 12 up is OLED, and I fit soft-OLED or genuine-grade panels that match what came out of the phone. Apple charges a premium for the same result. I sit between the two — real parts, real warranty, without the Apple Store markup.

Every model, every issue — screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras. The only thing that moves that 48 hours is a part that has to be ordered, and you'll be told that up front, before you commit to anything.

After inspection I explain the repair options and recommend the most practical and cost-effective solution before any work begins. If a repair isn't worth what the phone is worth, I'll tell you that too.
